Where and how?

Coaching usually takes place over the phone which is ideal for fitting into busy schedules. Phone or face-to-face coaching is backed up by email support and 'quick session', 10 minute, phone support to help you through challenging times or to celebrate your successes.

I will phone you, at a pre-arrange time, to conduct the session. If you live within a 20 mile radius of Stirling, Scotland I am happy to conduct face-to-face sessions.

If you are interested in coaching, I will phone you for a free 30 minute session to discuss what it is you want from coaching and how we can work together. This is a completely no-obligation call - if you decide at the end of the session that you do not wish to proceed with coaching, that's absolutely fine. If not, we can discuss the type of package you might be interested in.

How long does it take?

This depends on your circumstances and what you want to achieve. People usually hire a coach for between three and six months, although the time scale can be shorter or longer. It takes time to change a lifetime of habits and to work towrds meaninful goals and an initial commitment of 3 months is ideal to identify your goals and for you to accomplish many of those goals. However, the time scale is entirely up to you.

Following the initial sessions, you will have a clearer idea of how many sessions you would like and how often you want them. For instance, some clients choose to continue with coaching once a month in the longer term.

Some people find it hard to justify spending money on personal development, particularly if they are women who often put others first. However, investing in life coaching is an investment for your whole family. It can also help you make money, particularly in the field of business start up and it helps you get the most out of your other investments. Package C - £50 per month
- 2 x 30 minute coaching sessions per month
- Unlimited email support
- Support materials appropriate to your needs including business plans, pregnancy information, maternity/ legal advice.
